THE PROCESS
When you decided to use any of our services, we will arrange the first meeting with you. We will talk about you – your current financial condition, your value in life, your immediate needs and long term goals, as well as how comfortable you are with investment risks, to ensure that we develop the best financial plan tailored to your needs. To make your first meeting as productive as possible, it would be better if you prepared yourself with the following data:
- Your current assets
- Information about any debt you have (e.g. mortgage, personal loans and car loans)
- Your savings and investment products
- Details of any insurance products you have
- Your monthly income and spending pattern
- Your financial goals and dreams
We will then asses the data we collect in our first meeting, clarify points of our discussions and develop the financial plan that is sensible, professional, and tailored to your needs.
The next important and mostly the hardest part to a financial plan is the implementation of the plan. We will help you to execute the plan and motivate you to run the plan accordingly.
In fact, the planning process works best when we trust each other and enjoy working together.
THE FEES
As an independently owned wealth management firm, we work on fee-basis and charge our clients via fee for services. This means we charge our clients entirely for the consultation work we actually do rather than a commission based on the product that we recommend. The cost of the service will depend on the following:
- How your current financial conditions;
- How your dreams and goals of life; and
- How far you want us to involve managing the plan.
On typical, our Comprehensive Financial Planning services fee currently can be around 9 million IDR, 11 million IDR, or 15 million IDR. Of course, specific services fee depends on your requirements. In addition to the comprehensive plan, there are as well single plan services which fee start from 500 kIDR each.
